The chore thing really bugs me, since they all have the same chore every night after dinner, so it was nothing new tonight. I can't decide what their punishment should be, but they will have one. Any suggestions?

Additional weekend chores? early weekend bedtime? Paying for you to do the chores? No tv snacks or soda for the weekend?
They suffered with Joey no TV all weekend, and Sarah and Rachel no TV on Friday.
Really I suffered with having Joey on the computer all weekend.
But a bonus was that Sarah played a game with me on Friday. Wish was fun, and she didn't even get mad when I won!
